Are signatures legally binding?
Yes. SignMaster follows the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA: every signer consents to sign electronically, and each completed document comes with a certificate and a timestamped audit trail.
Do my signers need an account?
No. Customers, clients and tenants open a secure link on any phone or computer and sign. Nothing to install.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. SignMaster runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. The iPhone and iPad app scans paperwork, lets customers sign in person and sends for signature, and everything stays in sync.
Can signers read it in their own language?
Yes. You pick each signer's language: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Vietnamese or Simplified Chinese. The signing page, emails and e-signature consent follow it, and signers can switch languages anytime.
What counts as an envelope?
One send. An envelope can hold several documents and several signers, and reminders or re-sends never count again. Paid plans have no envelope limit at all.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Crew, no card required. When the trial ends you drop to Free unless you pick a plan, and nothing you've sent stops working.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing. Annual plans get two months free.
